Each day, as dawn emerges and moves steadily towards dusk, Mother Nature offers the Earth her eternal gifts of sunlight, cloud, rain and snow. Each of these gifts has a remarkable and often surprising effect on what we see in Nature, from dramatic contrasts to muted blends of colour and texture. As the skies change throughout each day, the rocks, the mountains, the forests and the fields assume different persona, from the subtle and elusive images associated with dawn and dusk, to the drama and brilliance of bright sunshine and stormy skies. Each day, Mother Nature creates her own unique and remarkable abstracts for us to notice and appreciate. All we have to do is stop and see.
